APPLE TART WITH FILO PASTRY

 

  • 3 applesapfeltart
  • 20gr. raisin
  • 40gr. roasted almonds
  • 80gr. marzipan
  • 40gr. cream
  • 100gr. pastry cream
  • 40gr. icing

Brush the filo with marzipan and vanilla cream. Peel the apples and cut into thin uniform quarter slices. Arrange the pieces of apple across the filo surface. Turn the edges of the filo. Preheated the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Coat the surface with the icing and cover with raisins. Garnish with the toasted almonds.
