The Factory

The company's factory is located in a private building plot of 8.000 m2, and has 1000m2 production and 500m2 auxiliary areas. The plant design was made in accordance to the latest requirements of the European and International legislation on food safety and hygiene.

The mechanical equipment of the company is the most update in the production of dough sheet. It is comprised of automatic filo dough production line, horizontal mixers, shock frezers etc., which enables the company not only to produce high quality products but to be in a position to cover its growing demand as well.
