Individual Filo Cups

The Individual Filo Cups are seven filo layers that are placed in aluminum trays of Φ150mm. They have been grouped and oiled with vegetable and olive oil.
Just fill and bake. Take the Individual Filo Cups from the freezer, put the filling of your choice. They need to be baked for approximately 30 – 35 minutes in 180°C within its aluminum trays.
Individual Filo Cups is the best way to produce a quick and effective individual meal based in filo dough.
