QUICHE LORRAINE WITH SPINACH AND FETA CHEESE

 

  • 250 gr. sour creamspinat feta
  • 250 gr. fresh spinach ( leaves only )
  • 40g. olive oil
  • 100 gr. fresh onion
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150g. Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30g. dill
  • 1 tea spoon of nutmeg
  • Salt flakes and freshly ground white pepper

For the filling

Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.

Shortly before it is ready, add the garlic and spinach until wilted (be aware of the colour).

In a bowl blend the cream with the egg yolks.

Then add the spinach in the bowl with the remaining ingredients and stir to make a mixture.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour the mixture onto the filo cup.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
